When you create an account on CeeEdge, we collect basic account information including your name and email address. This information is used solely for authentication and account management purposes. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or promotional communications of any kind.

We also collect usage data such as pages viewed and features used within the Platform. This information is gathered for analytics purposes to help us understand how users interact with CeeEdge and to improve the overall experience.

Your information is used for authentication, account management, service delivery, and platform improvement. We use your data to provide you with access to our tools and ensure the Platform operates correctly.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. We do not send email notifications of any kind — all alerts and notifications are delivered via Discord and Telegram webhooks that you configure and manage yourself.

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, which employs industry-standard security measures. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern encryption protocols.

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you choose to close your account, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention procedures.

CeeEdge integrates with the following third-party services to operate the Platform: Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, and Supabase for database and storage. Each of these services maintains its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.

CeeEdge aggregates publicly available data from prediction market platforms including Kalshi, Polymarket, and Opinion. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these platforms. Their respective privacy policies govern data collected on their platforms.

We use essential cookies strictly for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the Platform to function and cannot be disabled.

We do not use advertising cookies, marketing trackers, or third-party tracking pixels. We do not participate in any advertising networks or cross-site tracking programs.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may also request a full export of your data in a portable format. If you wish to close your account, you may do so and all associated data will be removed.

CeeEdge is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will take steps to remove their data and terminate their account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For any material changes, we will provide at least 30 days notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
