Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using CeeEdge ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of CeeEdge following the posting of any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

CeeEdge is a prediction market monitoring platform providing real-time data aggregation, edge signal detection, and cross-platform arbitrage alerts across Kalshi, Polymarket, and Opinion. The Platform collects, processes, and presents market data to help users identify potential opportunities. CeeEdge does not facilitate or execute trades on any prediction market platform.

Users must create an account to access the Platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. Each individual may maintain only one account. You must notify CeeEdge immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

CeeEdge offers three subscription tiers: Free, Pro, and Institutional. Paid plans (Pro and Institutional) are billed on a monthly basis. New subscribers to paid plans are eligible for a 14-day free trial period. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in that period. CeeEdge reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: (a) automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction beyond the limits set by the CeeEdge API; (b) reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform or its underlying algorithms; (c) redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any data, analysis, or content obtained from CeeEdge; (d) manipulating, interfering with, or falsifying signals, alerts, or any other Platform output; (e) using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

All content, data analysis, proprietary algorithms, models, user interface designs, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property displayed on or used by CeeEdge are the exclusive property of CeeEdge or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without prior written consent from CeeEdge.

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CeeEdge does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any data, signals, or analysis provided. The Platform may experience downtime, interruptions, or errors. Nothing on CeeEdge constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You acknowledge that all trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CeeEdge, its owners, operators, affiliates, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, service interruptions, or loss of profits. In no event shall the total liability of CeeEdge exceed the aggregate amount of subscription fees paid by you during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

CeeEdge reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that CeeEdge determines, in its sole discretion, violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.

CeeEdge reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice of any material changes via an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
